Another feather is added to the city’s cap as the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) hailed Valenzuela City as this year’s “Most Business-Friendly” Local Government Unit under the Highly Urbanized City category. President Rodrigo Duterte handed the award to City Mayor REX Gatchalian at the 45th Philippine Business Conference and Expo (PBC & E) held at the Manila Hotel, City of Manila, October 17, 2019. This is Valenzuela City’s fourth after receiving the Hall of Fame trophy in 2015 which held the city into a three-year hiatus from joining PCCI’s Most Business-Friendly LGU award
